Calculator results

The calculators apply the rules in the orders we cite to the figures you enter. Your actual pay, arrears, pension or gratuity is fixed by your Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Accountant General or the pension sanctioning authority, and can depend on facts a calculator cannot know, such as leave, suspension, personal pay or a revised order. Treat every result as an estimate and check it with the authority concerned.

Estimates of future pay revisions

Figures for pay revisions that have not been ordered, such as the 12th Pay Revision in Kerala, are illustrations built on assumptions you choose. They are not predictions and do not reflect any decision of the government or the commission.

Orders and links

We link to official copies of orders on government websites. The issuing department is the author of each order. If an official copy is changed or removed, the official version prevails over anything on this site.
